All our questions were answered almost immediately upon being asked and made our first home purchase effortless. We were lost and overwhelmed with trying to find a house when Jason ended up being our agent. He was not the first but he was the best. He answered all question even some that should have come from our lender. He checked when he didn't know. I had a question that popped up on a Friday night at midnight I sent text figuring next morning. No just a few minutes later he responded and helped me. We were not looking in just one area we where looking in pretty much the whole of central Indiana so the fact that he drove hours for us to see a house and even once when time was extremely limited went did a video so we could make a decision. Now some may expect all he did was his job but I truly feel if you want an agent that will go the distance with you ;make sure you understand everything that is going on; be there when the nerves are making you second guess then JASON CARTER is the one you want on this journey. Especially if you're first time. But I know if we ever do this again I will call him again.

Jason was a great to work with. He always made himself available and is very knowledgeable. He guided us through the entire home buying process and even let us know what to expect after each step. This was my first time using my VA Home Loan and he was very informative and up to date on that process as well. I would recommend Jason to anyone looking to purchase a house.

I met Jason when I wanted to buy a house in Logansport. I was buying from out of state, so I expected it to be a difficult process. It turned out to be much easier than I expected, in part because Jason was extremely helpful during the entire experience. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner.
