He holds master’s degrees in both Business & Information Technology and comes from an 18+ year career in Information Technology & Sales with several Fortune 500 companies, which has enabled him to leverage the many tools & technologies that are available to both buyers and sellers in today’s market. As a sales executive, Jason was responsible for multi-million-dollar quotas and managing relationships with key customers and Federal/State government agencies. Part of Jason’s responsibility included the creation, management, and fulfillment of large sales contracts, with each contract having its own unique characteristics and challenges. This experience has served James well in his real estate career by enabling him to manage multiple parties, timelines, and deliverables. Unfortunately, many of these fundamentals elude many realtors today, which causes frustration & delays on both sides of the transaction.
