About Jason

Jason Failla was born and raised in Fairfield, New Jersey. He and his wife Brooke and their two daughters, Payton and Blake all reside in Fairfield. Jason started his career in Real Estate in 2002 at Century 21 Wessex and has been an active in the industry and our office since. He specializes as a Broker Associate and Sales Manager in our office. He has been the listing agent on several new construction developments including the luxury town home complex, Hidden Ridge at North Caldwell. In addition, he specializes in training new agents, and working with clients on both commercial and residential transactions.

During his tenure as a realtor, he has received the Circle of Excellence Bronze Award each year from 2002 to 2010. In 2012, Jason received the Circle of Excellence Gold Award and also was named Century 21 Centurion with the highest honor. He graduated from West Essex Regional High School and is an alumnus of Greensboro College where he studied political science. When he is not working with buyers and sellers, working in our office, or spending time with his family, he can be found enjoying outdoor activities. Jason is a member of the Garden State Multiple Listing Service, National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors and North Central Jersey Association of Realtors.
