Jason explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. Since we were first time home owners , it made us more confidant! I appreciate that he worked with my hectic work schedule & family situation (4 young kids) but even more impressed that he was flexible when my schedule changed unexpectedly. He not only showed us a number of homes based on our preferences but he took the time to show the neighborhood and shopping areas nearby as well. My wife and I couldn’t be more happier with our home and the area we live in. We would definitely recommend Jason to anyone thinking of purchasing or selling their home. He did his homework and research for our situation and executed! He constantly communicated with us and kept us informed along the way. We don’t plan on selling our home just yet but if we did I will go back with Jason since the buying process went above and beyond my expectations , I have no doubt the selling process will be the same.
