In 2007 Jason began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, eventually moving to Locations in 2012 where he has experienced tremendous success. He has been awarded the Leading Edge honor (top 6% of Prudential agents nationwide), Client Service Award, nominated for the Aloha ‘Aina award (Honolulu Board of REALTORS® People’s Choice), and Outstanding Newcomer award in 2013. He is also proud to be a 1% donor to the Locations Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to help Hawaii’s youth and families, and enjoys donating his time as a volunteer. Jason was also recently nominated to join the YAF group -- a select core of young, experienced agents who are interested in helping to cultivate and shape the Locations family based culture.
In 2014, Jason joined the Keauhou Place sales team. Jason demonstrated his ability in project sales by booking 50 escrows ranking 2nd of 14 on the sales team. It is through this experience that he understands how important the team dynamic is for the overall success of the project. He believes in hard work, making sacrifices and compromising, and working with the team to leverage everyone’s strengths so that the team can be successful as a whole. Jason believes in conducting business with integrity and treating everyone fairly.
