Jason Letman

PRESENT POSITION: Vice President. Mr. Letman co-manages all property tax consultation activities and performs commercial appraisals, investment analysis, and market analyses for CONSULTUS Asset Valuation. Mr. Letman also performs residential appraisals for Consultus.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Mr. Letman joined CONSULTUS Asset Valuation in 1996. During his association with CONSULTUS, Mr. Letman has been involved with all brokerage, consultation, and appraisal assignments.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS: Mr. Letman holds an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. He is a Colorado Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, a licensed Broker associate, and a CCIM.

EDUCATION: Mr. Letman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master's degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. Additionally, he has completed courses offered by the Appraisal Institute and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
