Jason Lipovsky

Prior to joining Venture Pacific, Jason Lipovsky was employed by US Bank as a commercial underwriter. US Bank is one of the largest financial institutions in the United States. There, Jason was responsible for the underwriting and financial analysis of the commercial acquisition and refinancing transactions. During his three-year tenure, he was exposed to a plethora of property types including industrial, office, retail, and some single-use properties such as gas stations, hotels, and bowling alleys.

At Venture Pacific, Jason manages the daily operation of the brokerage and has been involved in over $360,000,000 in transaction volume. His client list in dispositions and leasing transactions set him apart with the representation of Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, ESW, and many more. The skill set to develop the ability to foresee problems with financing and credit quality gives Jason the ability to pre-screen each and every property and client to ensure a seamless transaction. As a result, the benefit to his clients results in a superior below-average fall-out ratio by means of a quicker disposition and tenant placement. Any broker can write an offer, but Jason goes above and beyond for his clients by conducting proper due diligence to ensure the quickest possible transaction.
