Jason LoGiudice

Jason is both a Graduate Senior Appraiser (GSA), and a real estate professional with over 25 years of both residential and commercial experience specializing in real estate in the Southeast Valley of metro Phoenix, including Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, and Ahwatukee.

Having grown up in the real estate industry, Jason has seen every sort of transaction. He has educated himself in appraisal methodologies and provides a realistic scope of pricing and selling models.

Jason's clients receive the clearest, most direct communication throughout the process of buying or selling. They also receive a straight, no-nonsense perspective and education about the value in and of properties and how to maximize that value.

Focusing primarily in Scottsdale, McCormick Ranch, and Southeast Valley, Jason directs his attention to establishing what he calls the Right Price to Value (RPV) ratio.

Throughout it all, Jason's clients have him holding their hands, representing their interests in a full-service way.
