There are not enough stars here to give Jason. Absolutely incredible agent and person. If you are looking for someone who is diligent, honest, and truly has your interests at heart...there is no need to look further. My wife and I have nothing but good to say. I could write a 10-page essay on how well he handled our process, how honest he was, how available he was and how he went the extra mile for us in our search. Jason was "on it" every step of the way. If you are looking for a realtor...stop. You found him.

Jason was a refreshing outlook on what a Realtor should be! When interviewing listing agents to list our home he was the only agent that didn’t talk down to us but actually explained every step of the sales process as well as doing the Market Analysis right then and there! His ability to price our home appropriately allowed us to sell our home with ease and put the max amount possible in our pocket! Jason also saved the day when 2 days before our closing there was a plumbing malfunction that caused extensive damage. He was able to single-handedly keep the sale progressing forward and assist us in coordination remediation and renovation of the damage. In the end the buyers walked into a beautifully renovated home of their dreams and we were able to walk into our next home worry free and elated. Thanks to Jason this process, though stressful at times, was expertly handled with grace!

Jason has helped me sell 2 houses and purchase my dream house. He was always professional and so optimistic! He remained patient and encouraging as my family home took a while to sell. He always looked out for me and ,communicated frequently, and did not settle until all parties came to a mutual agreement.
Jason has also done home improvement for me . Three years ago replacing my home windows . After 4 estimates, he came back with the best quote. And just recently installed new basement windows . From the time I mentioned it to him, Jason was there the next day with a quote, and the job was completed within a week.
I have nothing but the most respect and trust in Jason, an absolute professional with such passion for what he does!
