About Jason
I was born and raised in New Jersey and have lived in Morris, Essex, Bergen, and Sussex County. My knowledge of neighborhoods and markets reflects my life-long experience living, working and raising a family in the Garden State.
Prior to becoming a successful realtor I owned and operated a promotional marketing company in New York City. That experience with internet marketing has been valuable in real estate as it is the basis of how buyers find their home and sellers find their agents. Also, as someone who commuted to NYC everyday, I made working with metro area commuters one of my specialties. From NJ Transit, private buses, town jitneys and the Path I can get you to work and home again.
While serving as a realtor I started combining my degree and background in teaching with my years of sales marketing experience and took on the assistant manager role in the West Orange office focusing on new agent training. During that two year span, we had one rookie of year runner-up and one winner, both with over 12 closed sales in their first year of business. After getting my brokers license and making it into the top 5% of sales associates I had the opportunity to lead the West Orange office as the broker. We grew in agents and profitability in my first year in the Sales Leader role and won several awards for supporting our family of companies Weichert Title, Mortgage, and Insurance.
In November of 2018 I transferred to our Morristown Office and repeated many of the successes from the West Orange office. We won awards for profit swing, landed in the top 10 offices and won awards for support of family of companies. In year two, and during the challenges of covid, we became a top 3 office and continued to dominate mortgage, title and insurance support while driving residential sales. Ultimately, winning the Presidential Award for combined success in sales across the family of companies was a crowning achievement.
Outside of work, I spend as much time with family and friends as possible. On Thursday afternoons I’m a GirlScout leader and on Sundays I’ll sometimes fill in as a soccer coach.
