Buying your first home in this market can be a scary, stressful experience. Buying your first home with Jason Moon as your agent is neither of those. Jason isn’t only a fantastic agent but an all around fantastic person. He always had my family’s best interests at the forefront. He listened to what we wanted and worked hard to find it for us. When we started to feel frustrated at what we could afford and started compromising on what we wanted Jason refused to let us settle. He was on our team all the way, all the time. It never felt like he was doing a job. It felt like his only interest was helping us. Can’t tell you how much we appreciated that.

What a pleasure it was to work with Jody Blanchard on Jason's team. I was crystal clear from our initial phone call that she had my best interests at heart which set the tone for all our interactions. We had nearly unrealistic expectations in terms of wanting to find, offer and close on a home quickly but Jody was on top of things from the very start! She was responsive to every text we sent, she would rearrange her schedule to get us into homes asap, she even watched my little guy so I could focus on touring homes. On long days of looking, she would offer us cold water and snacks -- even brought my son a dinosaur book and new toy to play with in the car! Jody is so respectful and genuine; gently providing her observations about things. Just a very relational, punctual, organized and professional agent. We came across Jason’s name through mutual acquaintances. After reading his reviews and list of transactions we decided to meet with him. As first time home buyers, we really appreciated his calm demeanor and knowledgeable responses to our many questions throughout the process. One of the things I enjoy most about Jason is his humble confidence. He doesn’t overstate his abilities or over sell the situation.

Being able to purchase a home in the extremely competitive East Bay market during a pandemic and as a first time homebuyer is nothing short of a miracle. From our initial consultation to the close of escrow was a month and a half. We made an offer on our house two days prior to the shelter in place. This was a very hectic two weeks in our state. Interest rates were going up and down, stocks were dropping and appraisers/ inspectors were not willing to take on new inspections. This is where Jason’s depth of knowledge and emotional intelligence really shined.

Jason was able to secure a very favorable purchase contract for us and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. To find our house in a great neighborhood for the price we wanted in less than two months during a shelter in place is incredible! We are so happy with our purchase and highly recommend Jason!

Before I choose a real estate agent I did a lot of research to see who would be the best agent in the Contra Costa area. Keller Williams Reality, Jason Moon stood out as the best first time home buyer agent, there were a lot of good reviews about Jason that led me to call him. I spoke with Jason on the phone with my questions and concerns in regards to how many homes he sells and how long does it take to buy a home. I was concerned that I may not be able to find a home at a decent sales price, but Jason made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other agents don’t do, like spending hours answering my questions and giving me the reassurance that I will find something in a short period of time.

I was literally started house hunting within days and saw a few homes before I made my first offer.
