Jason Nenadov created Equity Assets Real Estate back in 2008. Growing up his father believed in the importance of owning real estate and at one point owned more properties than Jason had fingers. Wanting to follow in his footsteps, Jason got his California Real Estate license in January 2004 after graduating from The Master’s University with a bachelors degree. Since the beginning of his career, one principle has been reinforced over and over again. It isn’t about Jason but it’s all about his clients and serving them all throughout the real estate transaction process. Having built a business primarily on word of mouth, Jason treats his clients with the utmost detail as he delivers expert advice all along the way. Jason spent his grade school years living up in the foothills of Madera County but his family relocated to southern California. After he finished college he came back to his roots and settled in Fresno/Clovis in 2005. Over the past 11 years, Jason has become reacquainted with the Central Valley and he enjoys what this community offers.
