We were first time home buyers and Jason Panutsos made it very easy and confident in the whole process. Very patience and will answer every since question you have if you know nothing about homes (Even at 10pm at night sometimes too). He knows his home builder brands, what to look out for with each builder. If there is something the home needs fixing on, he can find you the right person for the right price. Very quick in response time which we did not experience with other parties in the buying process, so we did appreciate that. Very open person who will give you his honest opinion in what is best for the buyer. We could keep scheduling showings for months until we found the right home and Jason would be there no problem. All around good experience and good family guy.

I would like to say that Jason was very professional and very helpingful in everything he does. Jason is an amazing guy and did everything to get us into our forever home. Jason is the most down to earth guys and has a great sense of humor. I would go to him any time of day or night . He was always giving us knowledge and had great responsive time anytime I called him to ask question. He is the best realtor I have ever talked to. If I could i would give him 10 stars.

Jason is amazing! He found us our home, and we enjoyed every minute with him. Jason gave great advice without sacrificing the direction we wanted to go in. Buying a home can be a stressful situation, but we found ourselves laughing and making the best of it with Jason. Jason was flexible and willing to do whatever to see us happy. Jason even put in early mornings and late nights. I felt comfortable with him representing us to other clients. Could not have imagined this experience without him.
