About Jason

Jason is Stillwater native with deep roots in the real estate community. Through high school and college, he worked construction, building houses in the White Bear Lake and Stillwater areas, giving him in-depth knowledge of home construction. After graduating from Saint Cloud State, he started his career in real estate and continued for 10 years helping buyers and sellers. After 10 years of being a top-producer, Jason was offered a management position. He managed two Edina Realty offices where he furthered his insight extensive market knowledge. After 3 years of managing, his heart and passion were still with helping buyers and sellers, so he moved back into selling real estate with wife Tracy.

Tracy grew up in the Blaine/Coon Rapids area and played many sports taking her career to Saint Cloud State. Tracy's path of teaching changed once she started to understand how rewarding helping people and families with finding their home First, she started in the title division gaining knowledge on contracts and title process. After 4 years of closing, she took her expertise to the Home Warranty division where she was a regional manager. This experience allowed her to work with the top real estate agents and companies in the region on a day-to-day basis. After 5 years of home warranty division and having young children, the decision was made to make a move to helping buyers and sellers. This is where she feels at home. Understanding the dynamics of a family and that a HOME is more than three bedrooms and two bathrooms. From first time home buyers, young parents, empty nesters and selling the family home Tracy has guided many families and been a part of many family decisions. Tracy not only excels at the knowledge of real estate but is patient and enthusiastic about the clients she works with.

Together Jason and Tracy have three daughters who keep them on their toes. From hockey, hunting, softball, soccer, and school they spend their time helping with in the community when they can. Having a husband-and-wife team in real estate allows them to be constantly networking properties with a large amount of people along with being available for their clients.
