Our house was under contract sight unseen in under 48 hours. I credit Jason for this remarkably quick sale. He is exceedingly detail-oriented and hardworking. Before we even hired him to represent us, we had already interviewed three other agents. All three wanted to sell our house at a much lower price. Jason, on the other hand, gave us a few simple and inexpensive suggestions that allowed us to get the asking price we wanted. Unlike other realtors who would wait to see what would happen to a product, Jason went out to sell his product. I mean this in a very literal way. The night that our house went live online, Jason was busy calling buyer agents to personally introduce our house to them and that is how our house became noticed within our hours. Jason is a friendly, personable, and family-oriented broker. We are extremely grateful for his honest and professional dealings with us and the buyer. You can't go wrong with him.

Jason was the listing agent on a piece of property we wanted in Murrell's Inlet, SC. We live in New Jersey, so we contacted Jason by phone in order to make an offer on the property, and he promptly responded. Jason emailed us all the necessary paperwork the same day and presented our offer. Jason called us within a day to let us know the offer was accepted. He assisted us through emails with all of the necessary paperwork and gave us a local contact for financing...who was also very responsive and helpful. Just before closing, the owners of the property decided they did not want to pay a $500 closing fee that was listed as their responsibility. Jason immediately stepped in, offering to pay the fee out of his commission in order for the deal to proceed - this offer was made before we even had a chance to say that we did not want to pay the fee, as it had already been assigned to the seller. The deal proceeded without a hitch! Having purchased and sold a number of properties previously, we can honestly say this was the least stressful and most pleasant experience we have ever had...and it was all done from out of state.
