Jason Reynolds recently helped us purchase a home in Littleton.
Through out the process Jason was a professional in every way. He always responded to our inquiries and concerns on a timely basis. Another party had made an offer on the house and Jason gave us good advice and we followed it and got the house. He was very helpful in the inspection stage and successfully negotiated a large credit that we are using to improve the house. Once we moved in Jason provided us referrals to plumbers, electricians etc. We were so impressed with his good work that we referred our daughter to him to sell her home and purchase a new one.

I don't write many reviews, I only write them when I encounter a business (or person) who goes beyond my expectations to provide me with exceptional service.
Jason worked tirelessly for my wife and me to sell our house. When we needed advice, he provided input to steer us toward the best path. When there were obstacles, Jason was there to help us overcome them and save money with his experience and knowledge. I would (and will) highly recommend him to a family member or friend.
When the time comes to buy or sell again, Jason will be our realtor!

Jason helped sell our house last month, and did an amazing job. He has his finger on the pulse of the local real estate market, and really knows the real residential estate business. Jason did an incredible job helping me purchase a home as an out-of-state buyer! His professionalism, expertise, and trustworthiness are truly exceptional. Relocating to CO for work, I knew little about the neighborhoods or areas and did not want to spend the time traveling to visit. Jason went out of his way to provide me with clear information and secured me a house that we got for a great deal (unheard of in this market!). I immediately felt comfortable working with Jason as it was clear he is credible and well versed in his market. I purchased the house sight unseen and am super happy with everything Jason was able to do for me along the way. Jason was unbelievably dedicated, communicative, and professional as our agent for our first home purchase. He was flexible in setting up our many showings, forthcoming and honest about any potential issues with (the many) houses we toured, and tireless in making sure we stayed on top of deadlines before closing. Cannot brag ENOUGH about Jason! We'd recommend him to everyone - whether it's here to the general public or friends/family. He will be our GO-TO, no matter what. My fiancee and I were completely new to the home-buying process, which could have been really scary, especially in this market. Jason was just amazing! We didn’t know anything about Colorado and where to live when we moved here. He took so much time with us, taking us to so many different options until we felt happy and excited about one. He pointed out all the things we would have never noticed that might have possibly changed our minds on a house but we never felt pressured into anything. He stuck with the budget we had in mind and really helped us smartly outbid others for the home we are in now that we love. I even called him recently for some advice on what to do about something in our house and he was more than happy to give advice and recommendations. Just an all around great person! Would highly recommend!
