Hands down the best realtor I have ever met in the Yuba City area. He went above and beyond for my family. He worked his bottom off to get us into our dream home. I could not of asked for anyone better. Amazing man and he is dedicated to his clients and his profession. I would recommend him to all of my family members in the future. Jason is extremely professional, honest (hard quality to find nowadays in the real estate world), responsive and knowledgeable.
My partner & I contacted him in regards to completing a property market analysis for us, for a new construction home we are building in the area of Live Oak, CA.

We were concerned with the ongoing pandemic and economy/market issues that our brand new home would possibly come in under appraised- an appraised value less than the purchase price, thus requiring much more money from us at closing than we had anticipated.

I contacted Jason on a Monday after finding him in a google search and feeling confident enough to contact him for assistance after seeing his 5-star review status. Jason was able to work up a market analysis report for us in less than three days and he even had a detailed phone conversation with me to explain it all.
He was thorough and very down-to-earth.
He also gave us some excellent advice that we will be sure to apply to our current real estate transaction as well as any future purchases.

I will be sure to hire him in the future, should we choose to hire a buyers agent.

Jason is the best realtor ever! Not only did he listen carefully to our criteria for a desired home and find an exact match that we love, but he managed to find the right buyer for our old house. Jason Salis, the best realtor I have ever had! I have used him for the sale and buying process. When it came to selling, I think he really really liked the negotiating process! He sold my place for a far greater amount than we had listed or estimated, and that was before the market was crazy. Purchasing another home, he listened to what I wanted in a home and didn't waste my time taking me to houses that wouldn't fit the family or our needs. He is very detailed. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone... you won't be disappointed.
