Jason Sulisufay is a Realtor® with Charles Rutenberg Realty Inc. in Tampa Bay. Jason specializes in working with buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions. He makes it a priority to stay up to date with the latest information about our real estate market.
Jason's background started in the restaurant business. He is the owner 2nd generation owner of Jessi's Restaurant in Pinellas Park. He has owned Jessi's for over five years and successfully rebranded the restaurant improving the overall customer experience. The restaurant business gave him a great business sense and an understanding of the importance of customer service. In addition to the restaurant, he is a real estate investor and owns Sulisufay Property Group. He owns a variety of properties ranging from residential to commercial.
Jason decided to use his knowledge and skills gained from his business experience and decided to become a Realtor®. He is committed to serving his customers and getting them the results they deserve.
Jason is also very active in the community. He supports numerous nonprofits in fundraising and has held many leadership positions. He currently sits the board of directors for the Pinellas Park Gateway Chamber of Commerce and is the Treasurer for the Pan- Albanian Federation of America, Vatra Tampa Bay Chapter Inc.
