Jason Swinger

A real estate entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. A Realtor®, real estate investor, and small business owner with an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver and a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder - Leeds School of Business. While studying finance and real estate at CU Boulder, completed summer internships with the Colorado Group, Inc. and Resource Funding Group, Inc. Following undergraduate studies, joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (CBRE) as an Associate Broker. In 2002, founded Breckenridge Real Estate Company – providing brokerage, investment, and property management services. Completed the MBA program at CU Denver in 2018 with a specialization in Business Strategy.
