Our agent (Jason Tatum) was absolutely amazing!!!!! I'm a first time homebuyer and I was really really nervous and totally green. After less than a month of working together, I had my new home and a bountiful of knowledge about buying a home. Jason works in YOUR best interests, is willing to walk you through the entire process and make sure that you feel comfortable every step of the way. He's also a tough negotiator and I got the best deal possible on my home. Would recommend him 100% to anyone and everyone.

Would I use Jason Tatum again as my Realtor?? In a Heart Beat!! From the very beginning he was very professional, but at the same time made you feel like your were working with a friend. He did everything he said he would do and then some. I never felt like I had to call him to find out how the sale was progressing because he keep me informed every step of the way. When there came a time when we thought our sale might fall through and we had another cash buyer, he honored my wishes to stick with the original buyer and never made me feel pressured just so he could have a commission in his pocket a little sooner. I thought he was the BEST!!

Jason is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. His knowledge of the area was a tremendous help in our decision making to purchase our home. Despite there being many weeks of no real need to do anything during the home construction, Jason consistently checked in with us to see if we needed anything and updated us with any pertinent information. Let me start by saying Jason Tatum is AWESOME! I was in search of a home to lease. During my search, I quickly learned that most require you to be represented by a real estate agent to tour homes. I was not working with an agent and doing all the work on my own.

Jason was the listing agent for a home I wanted to tour...which is now the home where I reside! From the initial email, I've received nothing but superior service from Jason. He is very accommodating and answered every question I had without making me feel as if I were a burden. He is extremely personable which made me feel as if I were working with a family friend verses someone I had just met.

I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone needing a Realtor!

When it came time for us to protest our home appraisal, he answered all our questions, told us how to document our protest, and provided the comparable information we needed to provide to the county. I probably should've written 3 reviews because I've purchased 2 homes and listed/sold 1 with Jason Tatum and I would give all transactions 5 stars. I can't say enough good things about him. Great guy! Professional, knowledgeable and excellent communicator. In my case last fall, he went over and above what you'd expect from a realtor. I had an emergency eye surgery in the middle of my move just prior to closing on both homes. Jason was there for me as my realtor and my friend to make it all happen on time. Couldn't have done it without him! Highly recommend!
