I had spoken to Jason over a year ago about an interest in wanting to buy a home when the new year began. He actually reached out to me before I could contact him in early January. We met with him and discussed different variables we were looking for and let him know we were not in a rush to find our forever home. He easily filtered the types of homes we were interested in so when some came available they would be sent to us automatically. We got frequent emails with home options to view. I can remember opening my email of a home that just came on the market (over night) and we were the first to go have a look. We made an offer then to follow several other offers came about on the same home. Jason kept us up to date along the process and helped encourage us during the process and waiting period. Our offer was accepted! Jason was from the beginning very knowledgeable about his job and professional. He answered every call, text, or email in a timely manner all along the way. I know even though he was helping other buyers/sellers too, he still made me feel I was the only one and our needs were most important.
