Jason Trembicki is a commercial real estate broker and investor, and the founding member of TIP Commercial. Jason specializes in investment sales and development throughout New York Metro. He is passionate about helping clients build profitable commercial real estate portfolios through market knowledge, identifying value and implementing strategies such as the 1031 exchange. Jason believes that the best way to sell something is to own it yourself. He prides himself on not only performing as a broker, but as an owner that has a rounded perspective and strategy for maximizing value for his clients. Jason has represented large-scale landlords & buyers that range from private portfolio owners to multi billion dollar real estate investment trusts.
