We just bought our first home, and throughout the entire process, Jason Wiles went above and beyond to ensure we found the house that was perfect for our family! His advise on everything was extensive and extremely helpful, but especially the way he was able to help guide us in terms of quantifying our own wants for our family. In viewing more than one house, we always felt he had our best interest at heart, including in quickly gaining access to homes for viewing and helping us through the home buying process. This was definitely the best experience ever, and we feel beyond safe and secure in our final purchase. We are terribly happy with our new home and are so lucky that Jason was our agent. 100% recommend, appreciate, and respect to Jason for all of his help.

Purchasing a home with Wiles & Howard Realty Group was a great experience. Jason Wiles is a top notch real estate agent, his professionalism, commitment and thorough work ethic made our home buying experience relatively painless -yes even in the middle of a PANDEMIC. The process to purchase our home began before the pandemic started; shocked by the turn of events we put the process on hold for five months. At last we were ready to buy and of course inventory was low but Jason was fast an efficient and seemed to be one step ahead others. Jason's hard work and knowledge of what it takes to purchase a home in such a competitive market paid off; we have the home of dreams and within our price range. Jason and his team walked us through every step of the closing process; which was a very pleasant experience. I've recommended Jason Wiles real estate team to everyone I know. Thank you!

If you don't talk to Jason, you are selling yourself short. He's helped be buy and sell several homes. And only looks to make sure it is the right one for you. And never stops until it's right.
