Javier was a fantastic realtor, and easy to work with. In the house search phase, he was great about working within our parameters, and not try to force anything on us.

While visiting houses, he was very unobtrusive, and didn't make himself the center of things. But he also was very good about alerting us to issues he saw with houses, things that we may not have spotted or been aware of. We really appreciated that input, which demonstrated Javier's experience of many years as a realtor.

Once we selected a house and we're working towards the closing, Javier was amazing! As we got closer to the date, and we got more nervous, everything we called about he answered. Many items he would answer, "I'll take care of that" and often he was even taking care of things we didn't think about, or before we had considered them. "I already did that" was great to hear.

In summary, Javier was amazing, and I would heartily recommend him as a realtor to anyone else!

Javier did a great job. We were amazed with how well everything was organized and how quickly offers came in. We sold our house in great time and got full asking price. Javier walked us through what we needed to have ready so that potential buyers would see the best in our property. The pictures taken professionally really made the house stand out. And the paperwork was easy to understand and any questions we had , he was able to answer quickly. I highly recommend Javier Angulo to anyone selling their house in the Orlando area.

Javier listed his beautiful townhouse for rent and I called him immediately and asked questions about the property and he was extremely nice. My husband and I decided to apply before even seeing the property and before we did we asked about credit score because we didn’t have the best scores but we never had rental issues. He was kind enough to work with us and give us a chance. We are so thankful. He even went the extra mile and changed the flooring in one room to match the rest of the beautiful flooring throughout the house when I asked a week prior to moving in. It was hard to do but he got it done! I truly appreciate his quick communication and empathy. He has been a great landlord so far.

Can’t say enough great things about my experience with Javier. He’s wonderful!
