About Javila

Early in her career which started in 2003, Javila started with selling new condominiums and townhomes in the urban parts of Seattle, gaining valuable insight into how transactional and emotional dynamics can shift the experience. This laid the groundwork for her to form a career as a well-rounded real estate broker that began in 2011. She has owned many condos and houses, either living in them and selling or holding as investment/rental property. Being a current owner of properties - the one she lives in, a vacation home, and several investments - allows her a myriad of perspectives on different real estate styles. She has served as president on several condominium boards, is a very active member of the Seattle real estate community, and is constantly in pursuit of learning more to bring more value to her clients.

Raised at the base of Mt. Rainier, Javila has always felt a connection to Seattle - the way the city takes one's breath away when the skyline appears from I-5, the dense high-rise buildings that taper into the close-knit communities, and unique neighborhoods within walking distance to so many amenities. She moved to Seattle half a life ago to get a business degree from the University of Washington and decided at graduation that there is no place she would rather live; Seattle is it for her. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, daily walks around Green Lake, gathering with friends, and spending time with her husband Stevo, son Patrick, and pets Gibson, Kenzo, and Koba.
