Jay Bonnoitt has been in the real estate business all of his life. Seriously! Jay sold my first oceanfront condominium when he was seven years old. His mother was an on-site agency here in town, and Jay would sit with her in the sales model when he got out of school. One day she was out showing property and another customer came in. He told them all about the property, and guess what. they bought it! Jay grew up in the real estate business here in Myrtle Beach. His mother was a well-known sales agent and his father has been appraising real estate for over 40 years.
