Jay represented me the buyer, and the seller of the property. He was very prompt with answering my calls, emails and back and forth documentation. We made many revisions to the agreements and Jay did not hesitate to pull my paperwork through to complete the process of buying multiple rental units as quickly and efficient as possible. Jay also offered to help me through the buying process in any way he could to accommodate me since I lived out of town. He really showed me how concerned he was when he offered his professional advice and services such as maintaining the lawn, collecting rents until I was able to hire someone to do the job. Good as a family or friend, he offered assistance when he saw I needed it. I would recommend Jay to all my contacts, he didn't let me down, he was the only one to stay true and honest before, during and after the property was purchased. I hope this young man all the success in the world, and I hope he will continue to be himself, kind, considerate and generous.
