We have been through several moves and have bought and sold homes a few times. This home buying process has been the easiest and most enjoyable (even in this crazy house market) because of Jay. Jesse and his service to myself as well as my family was an experience. Jesse was prompt, professional and most importantly knowledgeable about the market. I’m a recent first time home buyer, and Jay was amazing to work with! He was very kind, knowledgeable, and responsive during the entire process. If I had any questions or concerns he made sure that they where answered and taking care of. And not to mention he has great referrals for anything you could possibly need.. landscapers, painters, TV mounters, credit repair man, etc.

Jay is an advanced expert in using various media tools for promoting homes before they are official listed on the market. In our case we had several inquires on the home along with people wanting to do a walkthrough before the home was officially listed. Our first offer was above asking price with no contingency and we appreciated. Jay was able to get me in contact with great contractors who could make the necassary repairs to get my house sold in a timely fashion. Jay is listed as one of the top realtors in the area, and I will attest that he is well worth his weight in gold.

My first connection with Jay was October 13, 2020. I watched his post in multiple groups for over a month along with a few others. His passion behind finding homes for his clients and His knowledge of the process let me know that he was the one for me. I was honest with him upfront and told him what I had going on,things that I wanted and things that I did not want. First thing he had me to do was contact the lender and see where I stood before looking at houses. No need to get your hopes up and then be let down. Once we got the preapproval letter, he started showing me houses the same day. We looked at several houses -less than 10 -in areas where I wanted to stay. Even when I tried to convince him that I wanted to stay in city limits, he had to know the expression on my face was showing him that I really did not want to settle, so he continue to look on the outskirts to find the house for me. We were as far as Athens. So we found the house put in an offer,this house had multiple offers. The buyer opted for us and the real process began! This guy would send me daily updates. He even sent information on holidays, wished me happy birthday and took me to the house as many times as I wanted to see it. Yay it’s the week of closing and we hit a snag. My realtor was just as upset as I was. He didn’t give up though. New lender, different snag - oh the frustration! Third lender and we made it to the closing table. Looking at the time stamp, it was a little over 4 months that we started and completed the process. Jay Daniel, never left my side. He didn’t give up on me! He fought for things I wanted , warranty, no HOA etc to appease me. Everything I told him I wanted, I got! Closing was a breeze and Jay has gained another satisfied ecstatic client!

I wasn’t the only client he was working with yet he never missed a beat!
