Jay Draper

Jay Draper has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2016 with extensive experience in Real Estate as an Investor and a Mortgage Processor. She has gained business knowledge from her employment with the Internal Revenue Service, as well as the Bank of Virginia. She has also been employed with the Department of Defense since 1983, supporting our brave military and their families. She is the founder of the “Shannon House Resource Center” assisting families of children with disabilities and traumatic circumstances. Jay is the author of the Shannon Can Series, which is named in honor of her daughter, Shannon Joy Draper. She is the proud mother of 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren. She has obtained her Business Management degree from The University of Phoenix and is a current member of RAR (Richmond Assoc. of Realtors), SVAR (Southside VA Assoc. of Realtors), VAR (VA Assoc. of Realtors) NAR (National Assoc. of Realtors) and she is a NACA referral agent (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America).
