Jay was remarkably helpful both in selling our old house and finding our dream house. He worked well beyond what one could expect, staying in touch constantly. We really appreciate all of Jay’s help, professionalism, and excellent communication. We could tell from the beginning that he works hard and always wants the best for his clients. Jay assisted my parents in purchasing their retirement home and made them feel comfortable in what could’ve been a very stressful and daunting experience. Even though it was a fast and furious 21 day transaction, it was somehow also a smooth process overall. He responded quickly and answered all our questions. We’ll definitely be working with Jay in the future and referring him to our friends and family.

We are finally homeowners!!

We’ve been working with Jay for a couple of months now to try to find a home fit for me and my husband. We’ve looked at multiple houses and struggled to find one we weren’t anxious about. Jay helped us secure a home we were confident in despite the competition in the market right now. My husband and I used Jay to buy our first home in March of 2020 and 100% will be using him again when it is time to sell. Jay went above and beyond for us, at the time of us looking for a home I was 8mo pregnant and we NEEDED a new place to fit our growing family now that the lease of our old (very small) home was up, and we needed it FAST. Jay was knowledgeable on the areas he showed us, fast at responding to us any time we reached out to him, and was so good even the sellers of our house said they wished they had used him. Thanks to Jay we were able to find a beautiful home in a great neighborhood, close, and move in all before the baby arrived on April 1st.
