Jay Gulick

Jay, a licensed real estate agent since 1994, has thrived at Kentucky Select Properties in both sales and as the managing broker where he leads the company's daily operations. Specializing in Metro Louisville, he excels in areas like the Crescent Hill, Clifton, the Highlands, Cherokee Triangle, St. Matthews, and Indian Hills, completing over $130 million in transactions from 2006 to 2025.

As Managing Broker, Jay oversees Kentucky Select's brand, managing marketing, sales, agent development, and operations for the company and its 80 agents. Kentucky Select Properties is one of the top-selling, locally-owned and independent real estate companies in Louisville.

Before joining Kentucky Select, Jay held key roles, including brand marketing at Papa John's International, copywriting and producing for an Inc. 500 ad agency, VP of marketing for a tech services firm, and founding director of CNET Networks' BNET.com.

A Louisville native, Jay values the city's architectural character and unique neighborhoods. He guides individuals through the home selling and buying process, offering attentive and personalized service.

Jay served as a volunteer for the Olmsted Parks Conservancy for nine years including a two-year term as Board Chair. He was on the Development Committee that raised $53 million for the Louisville Urban League's Sports and Learning Complex. He currently serves on the board of the non-profit Louisville Academy of Music. Jay is a graduate of the University of Arizona and received his MBA from Bellarmine University in Louisville. Jay resides in Crescent Hill with his family.
