This was our first major home purchase and Jay could not have done a better job guiding us through the process. He went above and beyond keeping us informed, lining up showings, setting up inspections and repairs, etc.. If it needed to be done, Jay took care of it without being asked. Jay has handled several property sales for me in the last few years and each experience has been both rewarding and pleasant.
