Jay Lee

Jay specializes in the sale and leasing of retail properties as well as office/industrial and multi-family properties throughout the Manchester, Seacoast and Northern Massachusetts markets. He is an international commercial real estate investment specialist and travels frequently to Asia to meet with wealth Advisors and representatives of ultra-high net worth investors. His experience as an entrepreneur and real estate investor provides a valuable asset to his clients. Technology is not unfamiliar to Jay. He utilizes the latest industry tools and resources to stay informed of market trends and changing dynamics, and communicates the potential effects of those trends to his clients. He consistently creates value for his clients by exceeding their expectations.

Jay is an active member of CIBOR (Commercial Investment Board of REALTOR®s), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), the SSA (Self Storage Association) and the National Association of REALTOR®s. He is the only Korean commercial broker in New Hampshire and is fluent in both Korean and English to best serve his sphere of influence.

A healthy work/life balance is important to Jay. He is actively involved in numerous charitable and civic organizations, including the Bedford Rotary Club and the NH Korean Church in Bedford, NH. He frequently provides care to the elderly, often providing labor and other such tasks to those in need.
