Jay was absolutely AMAZING!!!! He stuck with us through an EXTREMELY long process that took us around 5 years while we worked to repair our credit, make repairs to our home, sell it and purchase our forever home. He never lost patience with us and kept cheering us on when we became overwhelmed with everything and started losing hope. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else!!

If there were more stars, Jay McConnell would still exceed the limit! My husband and I recently bought a home in Gardner. Jay is a true professional. He really listened to us and not only found us the perfect home, he worked through all the snags that you hit with a new construction. When it was time to close he sat with us while we waited over 2 hours to close after business hours and made sure everything was handled. Jay was a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were his only customers, although we know that was not the case. If and when we ever sell our home, we will use Jay McConnell and Keller Williams Diamond Partners.

Jay is a very knowledgable agent and could always answer any of my questions. What I love about Jay is that he's not "pushy." He doesn't seem like your typical "sales" person that is trying to sell, sell, sell. Jay is a solid rock of expertise and is a great guide in the real-estate world. Jay spent so much time with us and is always quick to respond with a call, text or email. I never had to wait on him to get back to me. Buying a house is emotional and Jay was genuinely happy for us. He feels like part of the family. :-) We love you Jay!
