Jay was my real estate agent while I was buying my first home. There was much of the process I needed help navigating and he was there to help me with every step. My search took almost 5 months due to the location I was looking at and the intense competition. Jay always made me feel like I was his only client (even though I knew he had others). Something I really liked about Jay was that I always felt like I was the one making the decisions and he wasn't pressuring me to offer more on a property. He gave me all the helpful information I needed then I was able to decide what I wanted to offer - even after the several houses we lost along the way. At the end I found a house I am so happy with and got it for a price I am comfortable with. Thank you Jay for everything!! I will be recommending him to all my friends.

When I decided to move, after decades of living at the same location, I knew it would not be easy, and at my age, I would need considerable help. Finding the right realtor to answer my many questions and offer sound advice was the first, most important step as I prepared to do all that moving entailed. My choice of Jay Sackett as my realtor solved all of my worries and concerns. Every step in the planning and the move itself was made easier than I had expected by Jay's caring and considerable expertise. Jay is defiantly a professional. I referred to him one of my clients who was relocating from South Florida to Rochester. Albright a few speed bumps along the way Jay helped to facilitate a smooth closing. If you’re considering buying or selling in the Rochester, NY area I wouldn’t hesitate giving him a call, you won’t regret it.
