Jay Sauls

Jay Sauls is proud to be a part of the DHS Realty family and is eager to serve the DFW community with dedication and excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University-Commerce and has over 12 years of experience as a certified educator in public and charter school districts, where he continues to inspire and shape future generations.

In addition to education, Jay has gained valuable experience in life, health, property and casualty insurance sales, as well as new and used car sales. This background has taught him the importance of exceptional customer service. His clients often praised his approach as an educator who prioritized keeping them informed and as a friend who genuinely cared—not just as a salesperson. Jay brings this same ethos to his role as the Executive Director of Essence Dance Academy, a venture he has co-owned with his wife Avis for over a decade.

Customer service is Jay’s top priority. He is a man of character, integrity, and transparency, always striving for excellence in every interaction. Although he acknowledges he is not perfect, he consistently aims to put himself in his clients' shoes, treating them with the respect, patience, and professionalism he would expect himself.
