Jay is a great realtor. We feel very fortunate to be working with him. We highly recommend him. He is honest, blunt, and very knowledgeable. He was very patient and unusually responsive over the year + we worked with him to find a new home. He also saved us a lot of money, many thousands of dollars, with his knowledge of the area and ability to negotiate with other realtors and their sellers. His willingness to help us after the sale has really impressed us. We are new to town and he has given us information on everything from where to eat in the area to what tradespeople we should consider to work on our house. His advice has been spot on. I cannot say enough good things about his work.

Jay was simply the best!! I have been looking in Gettysburg now for a couple of years. When I was finally ready to buy I had trouble getting a realtor to even return my phone calls.
