JAY WILLIAMS has been assisting clients with their residential property needs for the past 28 years. A graduate of Miramonte High School and the University of California at Berkeley, his connections are deeply rooted in the East Bay area.


Jay’s focus is negotiating the best deals possible for buyers and sellers of residential real estate. His broad experience in the real estate industry also includes serving as branch manager of Pacific Union's Orinda office, frequent appearances as a real estate expert guest on Wall Street Business Radio and the marketing of builder's newly constructed homes. Jay has been instrumental in hundreds of successful closed transactions and recently sold the Seven Oaks Estate (former Lesher Estate), the highest listed property ever to sell in Contra Costa’s Highway 24 corridor.
