Jay Zhang was our agent for the purchase of our new home. He is very professional. He actually cares and shows effort and work ethic. Jay went out of his way to track down old building permits for a property we were interested in. He was able to work with our time constraints, scheduling tours of the properties that we were interested in. Jay answered our questions throughout the whole purchasing process, and was always available for consultation. We have used many agents before, Jay is a stand out. I would highly recommend Jay Zhang.

Jay is a very professional, reliable and thoughtful agent. Both my wife and I are first time home buyer. We have lots of questions regarding the price, location, loan process, home insurance and even property tax. Jay always response to us quickly and addressed our concerns patiently. Since my wife and I are both working during the day, sometimes we have to contact Jay in the evening. He works like 7/24 and gives us feedbacks quickly.

Jay always help us analyze the market before making offers and follow up with seller agent after making offers. He also helped us schedule home inspection and coordinate lenders for whole loan process. During the loan process, we have to change lender since the new lender can give us an unbeatable interest rate. Jay helped us to redo paper work, coordinate with the new lender, title company and seller agent as well. During the contract , Jay helps us to negotiable with seller about repairing cost and contingency-extension. Before closing date, Jay send us a checklist about electric and gas, water, local contractors’ contact. Overall both my wife and I are very satisfied with Jay’s work. We highly recommend him.

Jay helped me and my parents bought a great condo in Sunnyvale with a great deal. Jay is helpful, friendly and professional. My parents first came here to look for a condo to buy, because I was about to work here. Jay provided all the help they need and provide a lot of professional information for consulting. On the day I told Jay that I wanted to buy a house, I quickly received information about the house he provided. The next day he called and told me that he could take me to the houses that I was interested in.

When I told Jay I was interested in a new house, he was very enthusiastic to take me and my relatives to see it.

In the process of buying a house, because of my limited English ability, he helped me understand the contract for signing a house. When I didn't understand the communication, he translated it for me. He also told me where I needed to pay attention.

Whenever I have a problem, Jay always clearly explained to me or helped me to ask the construction company or related company. His enthusiasm helped me to buy a new house very smoothly.
