As the owner and Broker of a full-service boutique real estate company, his mission is to focus on high-value relationships throughout Ohio. Jay’s background in investment real estate started in 1991 working for the largest independent landlord in the Ohio State University area. In August 1994 he started RZ Realty focusing on investment properties and property management. From 1994 to 2008 RZ Realty was successful as a Full-Service firm helping buyers, sellers and tenants accomplish their needs and want through outstanding performance and dedication. From 2006 through 2008 he was also consulting for a national acquisition company performing due diligence all over the country. From June 2008 through July 2014, he was called upon to lead Commercial One Realtors as Broker and Partner. The merger with a 100-year-old company during the biggest recession, in his lifetime, served as a valuable lesson in adapting to the times and thriving and growing professionally. RZ Realty thrived through the recession as a primary residential real estate company, while he focused on Commercial Sales/Leasing and Property Management. In August 2014 he took sole control of RZ Realty with plans of using my knowledge to lead a successful group of entrepreneurs and management team to continued success. Their goal is to have team members focus and strive to be the premier private client real estate firm in central Ohio.
