Jayde Conrad

Jayde Conrad was born in Spokane Washington, however from age four proudly raised in Montana’s Mission Valley. Growing up on a small farm she has a deep appreciation for agriculture, and the hard work that comes with it.
Her education started with Home-Schooling up until her seventh-grade year before she attended and graduated from a private Christian school, Mission Valley Christian Academy. With encouraging mentors, she found photography, music, and writing her favorite expressions. The beautiful Montana landscape has been instrumental in providing her a love for hiking, and spending time on the water.
All through school she had several families whom she nannied for and gained customer service skills while working in restaurants and a coffee shop. Later after graduation she gained more diverse interpersonal skills in the Business office at the St. Luke Community Hospital as a Billing Patient Service Specialist. Her love for interaction with people as well as her drive to learn, pushes her to seek out opportunities to engage with people and problem solve. Her siblings and parents have been a huge part of encouraging her to focus and strive for her goals.
Real Estate has been in the back of her mind for some time, with her love for art and interior design, it sparks an interest in the staging of homes and actual architectural structure. Every house tells a story, it is her desire to include you in becoming a part of that story.
Jayde has been a team member at EXIT Reality Missoula as Josh Plums Administrative Office Assistant for the last several months and just now become licensed as an agent and is very excited for this new stepping-stone. She looks forward to, learning more, growing, and developing who she is as a person. Her goal is to bring great work ethic, excellent customer service, positive attitude, and loyalty to her team and the business.
