Great Experience, very professional and thorough first home buying process. Jayedene Chesini did a fantastic job walking me through the home-buying experience. She organized all home inspections and was always available via call or text if I had any questions. She sent me any documentation to sign online so we could submit competitive offers quickly. Jayedene made time to meet me at the house multiple times for walkthroughs and to explain any findings about the house. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily recommend Jayedene to other home buyers in the Yuba/Sutter area.

Jayedene Chesini is the greatest agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with. My case was a hard one and took 3 months to close.
She faught for me every step of the way. She was on the phone constantly to push people and documents through. She even worked deep into the night to get things done.
I know this because when I would text her at 1:00 & 2:00 am. in the morning, she would answer me back.
But then when I would text her at 7:00 & 8:00 am. in the morning she would answer me back.
I would ask her if she got any sleep because she was still awake at 7:00 or 8:00 in the morning.
She is such a caring loving person and always wants to do what is right and is such an honest and hard working positive Agent.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone for their home buying needs. She is not only the best realtor agent, she became a friend, that I know I can count on to be there if I need anything, whether it be for home buying or refinancing.
I know she will give me the best advice she can. You won't regret having her as your agent❣️😁

Jayedene is a fantastic agent. Jayedene was early to our viewing of the home, communicating with us in case we were in the area, which we were. She was very knowledgeable about the home and communicated our offer to the seller
Immediately. She forwarded their acceptance shortly thereafter and began the paperwork. She was always available to open up the house for us to take measurements and note repairs when we were in the area. We would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a real estate agent.

Got Over Asking. Jayedene is the real deal. Very calm, professional, knows the industry and has great followthrough.
It was hectic and emotional trying to sell our property as we lived over 3 hours away. Jayedene made it possible, was on top of everything and the process was seamless. Even snowpack did not deter her. In addition to being a great agent, she's a wonderful person.
