Jayne has lived in Almaden Valley and Los Gatos for nearly 40 years. Her extensive knowledge about schools, recreation, transportation, cultural activities, restaurants, and shopping helps her clients tremendously while purchasing or selling a home. Having purchased, and built several residences herself, she knows the process from all aspects. All this, combined with her years of experience in real estate, means that Jayne knows property values intimately.

She understands the issues that may arise when moving before the school year ends, renting before buying, as well as preparing a home for sale.
Jayne sells primarily in the Los Gatos, Saratoga, Almaden Valley, Cambrian, Willow Glen, Campbell areas. However, she knows agents in many of the locations in the Bay area, many Jayne has worked with in various transactions, others she has met through educational opportunities, classes, committees, conventions, and professional organizations.
