Jayson is the best realtor a person would want to have by their side at the moment of selling or buying a house. He was by my side when I sold my first house in Georgia. We got top dollars because of Jayson's expertise and diligence. He was by my side guiding and advising when I bought my second townhome. Jayson was also there when I sold it making sure I got the best offer. I recommended Jayson to my fiancé. Jayson helped him to buy and recently to sell his house making the process easy and painless to navigate finishing with outstanding results. I recommend Jayson without reservations. He is a very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced realtor whose honesty, integrity, hustle, and tenacity ensures that selling or buying a house, which is the biggest decision in one's life, is a total success.

I've had multiple buying and selling transactions with Jayson over the years. Best realtor quality to me is getting honest advice rather than being pushed into a deal if it isn't a really good one. Jayson gives honest advice, even when it may complicate or prolong a deal.

Jayson was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping me buy my townhome. He takes time to explain all options available and has extensive construction knowledge that is very hard to find in a real estate agent. The townhome I purchased was a short sale and he negotiated with the bank to get the price down $20K! Plus, he has helped me sell a home that was basically a tear down which I never thought I could ever sell but he found a buyer for it. Since then, Jayson has been my agent on numerous other real estate transactions. He goes above and beyond for his clients and that is why I will never use anyone else. I had purchased seven properties with other agents before finding Jayson and not once did I ever use the same agent twice. Once I found Jayson and after having him as my agent, I will never use another agent besides him. Why go with anyone else when you have the best!
