JD Wilson is an amazing man and real estate agent. JD helped me find a fantastic single family rental property in the Dayton area and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. With it being the first home I have ever purchased, he walked me through the process and put my mind at ease answering any and all questions along the way. What stands out about JD is his level of care and kindness, which is not required of the job, but put forth and felt through his level of class and professionalism. JD has been a wonderful realtor and friend from the start 4 years ago, patiently helping us find our home in Dayton when we moved from Alaska. He also helped us see the financial benefits of real-estate investing here in Ohio and we have loved learning and gaining a portfolio here.
