Terrance Jones is everything you want in an agent!! He is intelligent, kind, and knowledgeable but able to say when he doesn’t know something, and will go find the answer! He is very patient and accommodating! He is very determined!!! And he is a miracle worker! He was able to sell our house after multiple avenues failed to get us an offer that made sense. He was our last hope in the face of potential foreclosure. Terrance came to us with a plan, connections, resources, and determination. He took this out of our hands and got us an offer within our timeline and all!! We were even able to go on vacation to the islands while he handled the closing because he arranged for us to do our paperwork before leaving!!! Trust this man!!!! He was truly used by God!!

If you’re looking for an agent, JC is the best. He was very patient during our home search (12 homes). He would have the comps and details ready for every house I wanted to see. JC and his lender made the home buying process effortless as possible. From the pre approval to the closing, this process couldn’t have been any smoother. Jean Claud provided a top rate experience from start to finish. From our first interaction he took the time to meet our family and learn what we needed, and wanted, in a new home. The house hunting experience was enjoyable and his commitment to our success could not have been more apparent. When we couldn’t find a home that checked all the boxes he took it upon himself to scour all options. In the end he found a house that matched our favorite floor plan, but in the school zone we wanted, and at a much better price. He had done his own work and found a house not even listed that made a win for us and a win for the Sellers. Additionally his “hello team” texts kept us up to date and made us feel like friends and partners. The process can be stressful and daunting, but it’s a whole lot easier with a team you enjoy. We highly recommend JC, and when the time comes (a long time from now) we will definitely be back in touch.

I can’t say the process was super easy. During these times it’s been stressful and frustrating many many times, but JC and his team always came through to make the process seamless. We would go to neighborhoods we liked and when we fell in love with the area but lose out on the offer, JC and his team went out door knocking to see if he can’t find someone wanting to sell! I mean I’ve never heard of a realtor door knocking to find someone that may sell in an area you want!! There was times we would be out for hours and hours driving all over, times we would call late or early and he’d never complain! Even though we did a ton of scouring through houses on our own, JC was ultimately the one that found our home and we can’t thank him enough! JC and the people he works/partners with, Abe (the best lender), and Shay I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to buy a home!
