If you are selling a home, it will start with a complimentary staging consultation by our Professional Stager, professionals that can help you with home preparation, a team of full time licensed real estate brokers, professional marketing services with a proven track record of success, and continue through the closing process with our escrow partner that will come to your home or your place of work for you to sign closing documents. Everything we do is geared toward making the process as easy for you as we possibly can!
If you are buying a home, there are several of us available to you so that you don't have to adjust your schedule. We will make sure you get in the new listings right away! We will listen to your needs and show you homes that you might not otherwise see. We have a lender that provides competitive mortgage rates while giving preferred service to our clients. And like with sellers, we can arrange that you sign closing documents at a location that is convenient for you.
There is a full time licensed broker available Monday-Friday to answer questions for you if your agent is in a meeting with other clients. If you want us to text you we will. Prefer a phone call?
