Jean Howard

I have lived and worked in the Capital Region for the past 15 years - over 10 in real estate. Born in Los Angeles, I moved east for graduate school at Cornell in Business Administration and stayed! I love the diverse communities in the region and though I specialize in Rensselaer, Columbia and Albany counties I serve clients across the region from Glens Falls to Greene County.
I am proud to have served on a variety of non-profit boards including the Arts Center of the Capital Region, the Hudson Mohawk Gateway, and the Rensselaer Plateau Alliance. Currently I volunteer with Literacy Volunteers, the Refugee Welcome Center and Transition Troy. I sing with the Sage Community Chorale - a group comprised of students and community members.
In addition to my MBA from Cornell I have graduate credits in Education from Fairfield University and and Ethics in Business from Gordon Conwell Seminary.
Finally - Each client is unique and I am committed to serving with integrity and respect to everyone with whom I work. Over the years, I have built a strong team of lawyers, mortgage representatives, inspectors. I am constantly searching for ways to improve my service through technology.
