I’ve been looking for real estate agent and I’ve noticed there are some real estate agents out there with lack of motivation and skills, then I’ve found Jean McGurk. But if you’re looking for an agent to professionally and greatly work with you and deal with contract, then you need to proceed with “Agent Jean”. Her accuracy, honesty, skills and motivation speak for her. She works effectively on contracts and all of the time lines. Agent Jean also has tremendous amount of knowledge about the houses in Stockton area. Thank you, Agent Jean, I’m very happy and satisfied with you.

I have known Jean for over 30 years and have bought and sold at least two homes with her help. That should speak for itself. Jean has been a realtor for a long time and therefore is very knowledgeable and experienced. She goes well beyond what is required of a real estate agent, making us feel comfortable and at ease during a stressful time. Besides that, she's very fun to talk to and work with. I highly recommend her.

Jean McGurk at Basso & Associates Exchange Realty was a godsend for us. We wanted to sell an investment property that the tenant was not caring for, and we lived about three hours away from Stockton. Jean helped us with how to communicate with the tenant, advised us on prioritizing improvements to ready the property for the market and guided us through the process. She gave us referrals for technicians (because we were so far away, we didn't know the best businesses to contact for repairs we couldn't do ourselves). Jean was very communicative and we sold our property for much more than the listing price. We are using her for a second transaction, so that indicates how pleased we are with Jean's performance and professionalism!!

Jean McGurk was our real estate agent for the recent sale of our house in Stockton and we could not be happier. She was with us during every step of the way during the sale. Having had a great experience with her when we purchased our home about twenty-five years ago, we knew that she was who we wanted to be our agent when we sold our house – we never regretted that decision. Although things were a little hectic because of COVID 19, we quickly received multiple offers and sold the house for over asking price. Throughout the whole process, she kept us informed patiently explained things over and over again, offered excellent advice without trying to push you into doing something you did not want to do, and even held our hands at times. We cannot speak highly enough about her, and even called her “Real Estate Agent Extraordinaire.” If we ever wanted a real estate agent again, she would be it.
