Jean Oliphant

Jean grew up in a small town in Iowa, where a strong work ethic prevails and helping your neighbor was the Saturday morning routine. She found those same values in Denver’s urban neighborhoods when she moved here 25 years ago, and she still loves living here. Married for 21 years, she and her husband Rick live in a Denver Square that they converted back to a single-family residence from three apartments. Jean has experienced the highs and lows of restoring a vintage beauty, and in turn she is better equipped to guide her clients into smart choices when buying or selling their own vintage home. Rick is also an agent and their ability to work as a team is a huge benefit to both their clients and them.
